I am interested in San Diego In-Home Personal Training. Do I need equipment?


There is no requirement for equipment with In-Home Personal Training! All of the necessary tools to give you an effective workout will be brought to you. Workout tools such as Physio Balls, Kettlebells, Free Weights, TRX suspension trainers, Bosu Balls, Mats, and Bands will all be brought to your home.


What San Diego locations to you cover?


My Personal Training services cover the majority of the San Diego area including North County. I regularly train clients in La Jolla, Del Mar, Cardiff by the Sea, Encinitas, Carlsbad, Rancho Santa Fe, Carmel Valley, Escondido, and La Mesa. Your location could be next!


What if I live in a small apartment?


In-Home Personal Training can be done in even the smallest of spaces. If the space is truly too small we can take your workout outdoors. I also train a select few clients at my home gym.


Pricing is not listed on your website. How much do your services cost?


In-Home Personal Training is a high-end service for serious, dedicated, and goal-oriented individuals. Pricing depends upon your location and the driving distance that is required to get to your home or business. Please call (858) 598-5157 for a quote.


What kind of results can I expect?


Results vary from person to person, just as goals do. Just like anything in life, you have to be 100% committed to your Personal Training and Nutrition program in order to see results. My clients who have set goals for themselves and are committed to their health are seeing miraculous, rapid results. They are not only seeing visible changes in their bodies, but are also feeling more confident and have more energy!


What types of clients do you work with?


Strength Training is beneficial to everyone in all stages of life. I work with all types of clients both Male and Female of all ages and fitness levels. This includes clients with COPD, Parkinson’s Disease, and Arthritis and clients rehabilitating from injuries. I also train young dancers who are looking to get an edge on the competition. All of these types of clients are seeing tremendous results and are living a longer, healthier life because of it!


Do you do Group Training?


Yes, I do a lot of group training. In fact, group training is a great way to cut down the cost per session for your workouts!

How do I know if you are the right trainer for me?


How do I know that you are the right client for me? All potential clients are required to have a one on one consultation with the Trainer before committing to a workout program. From there we can determine if our personalities are compatible. Ask how you can get a consultation free of charge.


What does the consultation consist of?


The consultation is basically a meeting where the potential client and trainer get to know each other. During the consultation measurements, body fat, and weight are taken and your personal workout prescription is created! We also talk about Goal Setting and Meal Planning.


Do you also train Men?


Due to the nature of In-Home Personal Training services, I am currently only training Men on a referral basis.
